OMG: Drunk Driver Strips Naked And ‘Masturbates’ After Crashing Car (PHOTOS + VIDEO)

The American state of Philadelphia police arrested a 34-year-old man after he crashed his car into a restaurant building and then took off his clothes and masturbated.
Vincent J. Wade, a Jersey man was drunk when he rammed into the Crown Fried Chicken building in Philadelphia on Monday morning.
He was caught on camera crashing his car and stripping off in front of stunned onlookers.
He also appeared to be pleasuring himself.


He was however released from jail after posting a $500 bond.  See video below......
