Lots of people have been reacting, some positively, others negatively.
Egyptian/Sudanese-American novelist and writer Kola Boof who claimed to have been Osama Bin Laden's sex slave is one of those against the law.
She took to her twitter account to vent her anger on passing of the anti-gay law.
